Qualifications

Experienced PTs and new graduates with strong manual skills and excellent communication abilities are encouraged to apply.
Excellent knowledge of physiology best practices and standards
Hands-on experience with joint mobilization, PNF, therapeutic exercises, and functional training
Knowledge and ability to implement overload and specificity principles to ensure proper exercise prescription intensity for optimal therapeutic response.
Ability to communicate and instruct effectively
Healthcare administration and documentation skills
License to practice physical therapy in the state of Arizona.
CPR Certification (Preferred)
Licensed Physical Therapist

Revenue-Sharing Program:

Early Bonus Eligibility

Start Bonusing Quickly: You become eligible for bonuses after reaching only 75% capacity utilization of your schedule. With a typical workweek, this averages to only about 1.2 patients per hour, making it highly achievable.

Revenue-Sharing, Not Profit-Sharing

Stable Bonuses: Unlike profit-sharing programs, where your bonus might fluctuate due to the company's expenditures, our revenue-sharing program ensures your bonuses are consistent. Your rewards are based on revenue generated, not on the company’s spending or profitability.

Weekly Bonuses

Frequent Payouts: Our bonuses are calculated and paid out weekly. This means you don't have to worry about a single vacation or holiday affecting your ability to earn bonuses for an entire month or quarter. Your hard work is recognized and rewarded on a consistent and frequent basis.

Treatment Philosophy:
Our treatment philosophy is firmly based on movement science with a test-treat-retest approach. Our treatment approach blends Maitland, PNF, and McKenzie's approaches while emphasizing overload and specificity principles. The ideal candidate will be able to implement our treatment philosophy while adding their own unique interventions and approach to provide high-quality care. We minimize modalities and do not use a cookie-cutter approach—no bike, tens, ultrasound, or cold/heat pack assembly line.

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and fitness-forward licensed Physical Therapist with excellent communication skills to help our patients thrive by achieving their therapeutic goals and promoting a love and appreciation for exercise, nutrition, and overall health. You will treat our motivated and friendly patients with orthopedic medical problems or other conditions limiting their ability to move or perform functional activities.

Responsibilities

Evaluating each patient specific to age, illness, injury, and/or disease.
Implement an effective POC to address the patient's pertinent impairment and functional deficits.
Being a proactive member of our team, bringing proposed solutions to any problems that may arise.
Helping foster a friendly and professional environment that is welcoming to everyone.
Displaying a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure each patient's satisfaction.

Compensation: $80,500.00 - $95,500.00 per year
