About Us:
Revive Physical Therapy is a growing, therapist-owned outpatient orthopedic practice in Tempe, AZ, committed to providing exceptional care in a supportive and empowering environment. With a team of dedicated professionals, we prioritize patient-centered care, focusing on treating the root cause of our patients’ problems while fostering a love for health and fitness. As part of our expanding practice, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients while contributing to our fun, compassionate, and collaborative culture.

At Revive, we understand that maintaining a healthy work-life balance and job satisfaction is crucial for both personal well-being and professional success. We are committed to fostering a positive and fulfilling work experience, with a strong emphasis on avoiding burnout. To support our team members, we focus on five key factors to help prevent burnout:

  1. Passion for Your Work: We believe being passionate about your role is fundamental. At Revive, you'll have the opportunity to engage in meaningful work with more 1-on-1 time that truly makes a difference in the lives of others.

  2. Strong Mentorship and Collaboration: Our culture is built on mentorship and collaboration. We provide a supportive environment where you can learn, grow, and share your expertise with others, ensuring that you never feel isolated or overwhelmed.

  3. Great Compensation: We understand that being compensated appropriately is crucial because it directly ties into feeling valued and appreciated by your employer. Fair and competitive compensation reflects the recognition of your skills, dedication, and contributions to Revive. (See revenue-sharing below)

  4. Reasonable Caseload: To provide excellent care, it is essential to manage a reasonable caseload. We ensure that our team members are not overburdened, allowing you to focus on delivering the highest quality care to our clients.

  5. Efficient Documentation System and Paid Documentation Time: We have implemented an efficient documentation system to minimize administrative burdens. Additionally, we offer paid documentation time to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance and reduce stress.

Revenue-Sharing Program:
We are excited to share with you the benefits of our unique revenue-sharing program designed to reward your hard work and dedication from the very start. Here’s how our program stands out and what it means for you:

Early Bonus Eligibility
  • Start Bonusing Quickly: You become eligible for bonuses after reaching only 75% capacity utilization of your schedule. With a typical workweek, this averages to only about 1.2 patients per hour, making it highly achievable.
Revenue-Sharing, Not Profit-Sharing
  • Stable Bonuses: Unlike profit-sharing programs, where your bonus might fluctuate due to the company's expenditures, our revenue-sharing program ensures your bonuses are consistent. Your rewards are based on revenue generated, not on the company’s spending or profitability.
Weekly Bonuses
  • Frequent Payouts: Our bonuses are calculated and paid out weekly. This means you don't have to worry about a single vacation or holiday affecting your ability to earn bonuses for an entire month or quarter. Your hard work is recognized and rewarded on a consistent and frequent basis.
Treatment Philosophy:
Our treatment philosophy is firmly based on movement science with a test-treat-retest approach. Our treatment approach blends Maitland, PNF, and McKenzie's approaches while emphasizing overload and specificity principles. The ideal candidate will be able to implement our treatment philosophy while adding their own unique interventions and approach to provide high-quality care.   We minimize modalities and do not use a cookie-cutter approach—no bike, tens, ultrasound, or cold/heat pack assembly line.

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and fitness-forward licensed Physical Therapist with excellent communication skills to help our patients thrive by achieving their therapeutic goals and promoting a love and appreciation for exercise, nutrition, and overall health. You will treat our motivated and friendly patients with orthopedic medical problems or other conditions limiting their ability to move or perform functional activities.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluating each patient specific to age, illness, injury, and/or disease.
  • Implement an effective POC to address the patient's pertinent impairment and functional deficits.
  • Being a proactive member of our team, bringing proposed solutions to any problems that may arise.
  • Helping foster a friendly and professional environment that is welcoming to everyone.
  • Displaying a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure each patient's satisfaction.
